I'm Always Learning

I firmly believe that I never stop healing. It isn't just that I've healed one diagnosis or another and that's it. No- I'm also just like you. I'm always learning. Physical symptoms can be manifesting regardless of having or not having a diagnosis- what happens when we're stressed or nervous.... ? We feel the onset of a headache or a bad tummy.... it is my belief that all symptoms, especially those in the chronic pain and chronic fatigue umbrella, can be understood, managed, and healed.

I have become so close and so connected to my body now that I pick up on the signs in the way it communicates with me. Me and my body are best friends. My body does not attack me, hate me or want me to live a small life. My body just runs on the programming; and THAT is what I have total control over. And that's what I guide my clients in unearthing.

As a Yogi, Yoga Teacher and Trainee IAYT Yoga Therapist, I am always with a book in my hand or studying one course or another.
